A 16 year old boy is in your office and wants contact lenses.  He has worn spectacles for the past 3 years.  He is particularly interested in contact lenses because he plays high school football and baseball.

The findings:

Spectacle Rx:  -3.25 = -1.50 x 090
K-readings:   44.50 @ 180; 43.00 @ 090
